Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible, items must be a manufacturing defects, unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized products are only eligible for returns if there is a manufacturing defect.
Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects
- If your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 1-2 days of delivery with photos and a description.
- We will inspect the item upon return and, if the defect is confirmed, offer a full refund or replacement.
- Defects do not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use.
Return Process

- Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
- You will receive instructions and a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about your refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you haven’t received a refund within this period, please check your bank and payment provider, then contact us.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
